PLEASE READ:

All our rides are planned for leisurely riding.  We try to ride back roads and lesser used highways. If you are concerned about the speeds please contact Terry Sanderson (OKC) or Don Serner (Tulsa) before the ride leaves the meeting location (or email in advance) so speed or route can be adjusted to better suit your bike and/or your riding skills.

"Get out those bikes & Ride!"

No man too old, no machine too small, no weather too cold, no road too long when you really want to ride a motorcycle!

Oklahoma City Metro Mini Bike Meet?

If you are interested in starting a monthly, quarterly or annual mini bike meet in the Oklahoma City metro please email me. If you have a venue we could use for a mini bike event please email me. A typical event would be held in a parking lot, there could be a swap meet, a small race course (drag or oval course for grudge racing) and an area to show off your bike.

If you are interested in vintage motorcycles, read all of this because this could benefit all of us.

Vintage MX racing has come to Oklahoma.

There is a new vintage style MX track located near Seminole. The track is much like the MX tracks of the 60's and early 70's, before Supercross tracks were born. No monster jumps, there are a few table tops, but no real jumps. The track was designed for old MX bikes with their lack of suspension and weaker frames.

Along with MX racing the track is hosting vintage bike swap meets and riders of vintage bikes of all types and brands are encouraged to attend. The organizers would be thrilled to see you ride up on your vintage street bike or trailer it to spectate. The swap meet is open to all vintage bikes.

The first race date is Sunday, February 22nd. Gates open at 8:00 AM, practice at 9:00 AM and races at 10:30 AM at the Lucky 13 MX Race Park. Park directions: go 2 miles south of Seminole on Hwy 99 to Hwy 59, then east 1 mile to NS3565 RD., go back south 1/4 mile, track is on the west side.

Additional race dates are displayed in the CMSR schedule below.

T-Town Tiddlers Fall Tour
Sat., November 7th

Howdy, everybody! Come enjoy the beautiful fall foliage in the foothills of the Ozarks on our T-Town Tiddlers Fall Tour 2009. It will be a 65-mile ride along low speed back roads through the gorgeous hills and winding creek bottoms of northeastern Oklahoma. Riders of all PRE-1980 STREET-LEGAL MOTORCYCLES OF UNDER 200cc (NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE) are welcome. This is the kind of real road ride that most owners of small vintage bikes only daydream about. We will start at the TNT Quik Shop convenience store at the northeast corner of U.S. Highway 412 Scenic and Highway 10 in Kansas, Oklahoma, at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 7, 2009. Your gas and food for our picnic lunch should be your only costs for the ride. For more info, please phone Larry at 918-258-2400 or e-mail: aureliab24s@hotmail.com. I hope to see you all in Kansas, Oklahoma, that is!
    Sincerely,
      Larry Williamson
